Frances has been in our lives since my first baby was a mere 6 weeks old. I remember the moment I met her just knowing she was the right nanny for us. As a first time mom handing my baby over to a stranger was one of the hardest things I have ever done. However the moment I met Frances I knew she was the nanny for us. For the past three years she has been a true member of our family. She has been kind, patient and loving and in the right moments firm. She was at the hospital when my daughter was born and has truly loved and cared for our children every day she has been in our lives. She has helped me transition back to work after each child and through the insanity the is my television career. The happiness and safety of our children has been priority number one. Frances has worked 50 plus hours a week with us and is looking to scale back to a more manageable 40 a week. She has a safe car and has driven both of my children around to classes and preschool pick up.
