About Frances

Nurturing a child's growth and witnessing their curiosity bloom is what inspires my dedication to childcare. With three years of experience supporting families, I prioritize creating a space where children feel safe, comfortable, and encouraged to explore. My personality is patient, calm, and creative, allowing me to build genuine connections with children aged 6 and older. I am confident in managing two children at once while maintaining clear boundaries in a positive, caring environment. Whether we are playing outdoor sports, solving puzzles, or engaging in educational games, I love helping children learn and have fun. I hold CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications to ensure your peace of mind. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping and will always follow your preferred communication method to discuss your child's day. I truly look forward to becoming a trusted partner in your family's daily life.
