We met Fran in person on an interview. Seemed very nice. But then she literally didn't show up the first day after confirming the night before. I called and texted. This was last week and I still haven't heard from her. Not really sure what happened, but thought I'd leave this here so it doesn't happen to anyone else who is looking for a reliable nanny!
