About Francisca

Making a real difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past three years, I've been providing comprehensive care, including respite, transportation, and light housekeeping. I'm also experienced in hospice services, meal preparation, and assisting with mobility and physical activity. I'm comfortable managing medications and providing specialized support for individuals with dementia, including de-escalating stressful situations and incorporating memory care activities. I respect each person's independence. I communicate with families through written reports, text, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. With some college education, I'm CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car and am comfortable with pets. My passion is supporting seniors and their families, and I look forward to bringing my calm and compassionate approach to your loved one's care.
