I could not recommend Francy more highly, she is wonderful. She has been a full-time nanny for us for 4 months, in a nanny share situation where she is watching 2 babies who are currently 7 and 8 months old. She is warm and caring, and I never worry for the safety of my child as she is experienced and cautious. She brings special things to play with them. She is always profesional, organized, punctual, and appropriately attired. She is approachable and happy to work with us / discuss our style of parenting. She always leaves the house tidy at the end of the day. She's really the ideal caregiver!
