I am married and I have my green card for permanent residency. Since 2013 I have experience with kids from newborn to 11 years of age. I have worked several jobs via Care since 2017. I am looking for part time to full time employment. I can do light cleaning, organizing and laundry if it pertains to the child. I am dependable and reliable. I can provide references. My first language is Spanish. Although I understand much in English, I am not fluent. My American husband helps me to communicate with my clients if necessary. Francys has become apart of my family. My daughter loves her and I trust her judgment. Francys displays compassion and understanding for my daughter and is very helpful with daily tasks. She has good discernment and understands how to uphold my rules/values while being compassionate and sweet. She is naturally maternal and nurturing, you cannot go wrong with her. She has that special something that makes children and animals comfortable with her.  We are blessed to know her.  

Francys took care of my son from 3 months to 7 months old. She was always on time. She made sure to keep his room clean and organized. His dishes and laundry were always cleaned and put away. She took out his garbage. Not only did I feel totally confident and worry free away from my baby when Francys was home with him, but it was extra tasks off my shoulders when I came home. She communicates well and always left a schedule of what she had done with him that day. An amazing individual! 

Francys has been caring for our baby girl for almost 9 months, since she was 3 months old.  She has been a blessing for our family!  Our baby loves her and is completely content when I leave in the morning.  She has great attention to detail when it comes to bottles, food prep, feeding, naps, cleaning up, laundry and is flexible with the baby's schedule as it is constantly changing and is able to navigate the changes with very little oversight.  She knows the baby very well and makes it very easy for me to rush out the door when I need to.  She is extremely punctual every day and gives a lot of notice if there are any needed changes to our schedule, which have been few.  She is also upbeat, positive and always in a good mood.  It's really nice when the person caring for your baby seems excited to show up for work every day!  I love that she's teaching my baby Spanish, and that I'm getting to practice Spanish with her every day (as I've always wanted to become fluent).  She's very patient with me :)  We fully trust her to care for our daughter and would highly recommend her.

Francys made us very comfortable in leaving our son with her from the start. She was dependable, punctual and had good communication with us. She is very clean as well and always kept a notebook with important information.

Francys is a wonderful caregiver to my now 8-month old infant.  She has been with us for almost 5 months and we can't imagine working with a better nanny.  I was so nervous  entrusting our baby with someone other than family, but felt very confident Francys would be a kind and careful caregiver.   Francys expresses so much interest in our daughter and engages her with sincere joy.  Because our baby is so excited to see Francys, she has almost no separation anxiety when I leave.  She sleeps well, gets plenty of time outside and has fun playing with her.  Francys has also been great working with us through the tough nap transitions which was especially hard with our active little one.  I can be quite anxious as a Full Time Mom, but when I leave home I know our baby is safe, will have fun, will get plenty of sleep and will be emotionally and intellectually nourished.  I speak very little Spanish but we communicate easily enough about the day.  We hope to work with Francys  for a very long time!!

We interviewed Francys for a full-time nanny position. She showed up right on time and it was clear from the beginning that she would be a great fit for our family: very open and specific about her work experience, and also asking us how we would like things done. We did contact both references she gave us and heard back from them quickly - both with glowing reviews! One described her as "kind of a 'Mary Poppins'." In the end we needed someone who could start work right away and Francys was looking ahead-of-time for a position to start in about 6 weeks. I first met Francys when my son turned one and I was going back to work full time. I hired Francys right away! She made a great impression and I loved that she spoke Spanish so that my son could learn. My son loves hanging out with Francys and playing and I love that she keeps him active, on his routine, and is always able to get him to nap. Francys is extremely reliable and always on time. I also love that the house is organized (no toys strewn all over) and clean and that my son is in a good mood when I get home. I strongly recommend her to any parent looking for a trusted caregiver.  

Francys is Amazing!! She's is a honest and wonderful person that you could 100% trust to watch your child/children. We've been working together for almost a year now and our daughter truly enjoys the time spent with Francys. 
Francys takes her on walks around the neighborhood, to the zoo, they play inside, she prepares her food, washes her bottles - and she knows how to soothe our daughter when she's not feeling well or sad that we have to leave for work in the mornings.
