Hi families! My name is Frankie, and I have 7 years of childcare experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children. I currently work as a toddler teacher and bring a strong early childhood education background into every role. I hold my 90-hour Preschool Certification, Infant & Toddler Certification, CPR, and additional early childhood training. I'm confident in child development, routines, and supporting social-emotional growth in a warm, structured environment. I love creating engaging, age-appropriate activities like sensory play, crafts, story time, music, outdoor play, and early learning games. I focus on consistent routines, positive behavior guidance, and helping little ones reach developmental milestones.
