As a patient and creative childcare provider with 5 years of experience, I aim to provide a nurturing environment for your children to grow and thrive. My passion for fostering their development stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my desire to make a meaningful impact on their lives. I communicate with parents through written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup, ensuring transparency and open dialogue about their child's day and any issues that arise. While somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, I prioritize open communication and collaboration with parents to establish a consistent and positive environment for the children. I enjoy playing board games and puzzles with children, encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving skills. With a graduate degree under my belt, I'm also fluent in both English and French. As a non-smoker, I am committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for the children in my care.
