Gabriela served as a caregiver to my elderly, bed-bound father for several months. We found her to be reliable, never late for her shift and offering whenever possible to come in when other caregivers could not. Her dedication to my father's care is noteworthy. On a regular basis, she would share with us (the family) her observations of and thoughts about how he might be better served, from suggested changes in medication dosage (that she would always discuss with the nurse), to supplements that conventional medicine would fail to even consider. This dedication and conscientiousness is core to Gabriela's unique talent: seeing things that others, like nurses and doctors, miss: she correctly diagnosed a condition my father's doctor incorrectly diagnosed, another time she identified a prescribed medication that my father was in fact allergic to, and on yet another occasion she was able to stop a sudden skin problem that made my father very uncomfortable. We recommend Gabriela highly and are grateful for the time she spent taking care of our father.
