About Gabriela

My name is Gabriela . I have been living in the beautiful city of San Diego for over 20 years. My interest and journey in the child development field began as a volunteer at my three children's schools when they were growing up. Soon thereafter, I decided to enroll at Southwestern College to become a Child Development Teacher. I performed my Student Teacher Practices (STP) at the college's Child Development Center (CDC) on campus. I applied at the NAVY CYP (Child and Young Program) Child Development Center at the Miramar Base. Since then, I have been working with infants, pre-toddlers, toddlers and preschoolers until December 28, 2021. I have current Medication administration certificate, Child Abuse Mandated Reporter certificate, Pediatric CPR and Epi-pen certification, and Teacher Permit Credentials.
