About Gabriela

Hi! I'm Gabriela, a senior child psychology student with a goal of becoming a child art therapist. I'm also in yoga teacher training. I've been babysitting for years and grew up caring for my younger cousins. I recently completed a 5-month internship at an after-school program for at-risk children where I taught art and yoga. I'm CPR trained and comfortable with all ages, including infants. I prioritize safety while making sure kids feel happy, supported, and engaged. I love using creativity through art, music, and movement-- I play piano and baritone ukulele and enjoy singing. I'd describe myself as creative, compassionate, and lighthearted. In my free time I draw, paint, practice yoga, and make music. I'm reliable, patient, and passionate about helping children grow in a safe, fun environment.
