With over three years of experience working with children as a paraprofessional and my current role as a Behavioral Technician, I have developed a strong foundation in child development, behavior management, and creating supportive learning environments that help children reach their full potential. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with children of diverse backgrounds and abilities, providing individualized support to encourage their academic, social, and emotional growth. My experience has strengthened my ability to remain patient, adaptable, and compassionate while collaborating with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure each child's success.
