We hired Gabrielle to watch my grandkids for a family wedding. She stopped responding to us the day before which was concerning but we gave her the benefit of the doubt. The day of the wedding she was a no show and blocked us from messaging her. My son-in-law had to miss the wedding to stay with the kids. I am not impressed with care.com and the people they hire. Do better!
