About Gabrielle

We are so sad to be writing this review under bittersweet circumstances - Gabi is relocating to Florida after a year and a half with our family, and whoever hires her next will be incredibly lucky. From day one, Gabi has been so much more than a nanny. She keeps our kids safe, nurtured, and genuinely happy. Our children adore her. She plans creative activities, takes them out to play, and brings real artistic energy to her time with them. She also knows how to hold healthy boundaries and instill age-appropriate discipline with warmth and consistency, which we deeply appreciate. On the practical side, Gabi is proactive, organized, and capable without ever needing to be asked twice. She helps with kids' laundry, meal prep, and even things like seasonally rotating outgrown clothes - the kind of thoughtful, anticipatory help that makes a real difference for a busy family. She keeps her spaces tidy and takes ownership of her role in a way that's rare. We also feel completely at ease knowing she is a phenomenal driver and a strong swimmer - peace of mind that matters enormously when your children are in someone else's care. Beyond all of this, Gabi is simply a lovely person to have in your home and your life. She is kind, reliable, and genuinely invested in the children she cares for. We will miss her tremendously.
