About Garland

Hello! I just finished my course work for a Graduate level Occupational Therapy program. My education has given me extensive knowledge and experience in pediatric care, ASD, child development, and physical, mental, and emotional health. In addition to my educational background, I have more than 7 years of experience working with children. I have cared for multiple newborns and children with various disabilities. I have also worked as a live-in camp counselor for kids between 5 and 18. Through my work, I have incorporated my hobbies such as singing, playing piano, arts and crafts, and ASL to provide fun and educational activities. My personality is very kind and nurturing. It is important for to me to cultivate an environment where children feel safe and loved. I have worked with multiple families and have references to share.
