Gemma was my son's nanny (starting when he was 9 months old) and would continue to be had I not moved out of state. I would have literally taken her with us if we could have - it was wonderful to get to know her and see how much my son enjoyed being with her. I never worried about my son's well being when he was with her - he was clearly well taken care of. She is punctual, reliable, a great communicator, and most of all kind - I can't say enough good things about her.
