I have been caring for my aunt & uncle for over 5 years. Gena was brought in to work with my aunt. At the time of this review, she's been with us for about five months. She has been the most reliable aide we've had in 5 years. She's been on call for us practically every day, and has come to the rescue every time I have asked her to (which has been on average once a week). She does a great job working with my aunt, whose personality does not click with everyone. Gena takes constructive criticism well and makes efforts to always improve. I've always had great communication with Gena, and I hope to continue working with her for years to come!
