About Genesis

Hi! My name is Genesis. I am a student in Point Loma Nazarene University who is pressuring a bachelor's in Child Development. Although I can say I have been caring for children my whole life, I have had personal experience for almost three years. I worked in a K-6 afterschool setting, and infant to 6 years of age as a preschool teacher. I also have experience working with kids who have developmental delays or high risk autism. I was an early interventionist for a couple of months, working with children from age 0-3. I have also taken classes in special education. I am looking for a family I can nanny while I finish my school. I can create activities such as art and crafts that are age appropriate. I specialize in both Montessori and Reggio Emelia. I am able to prep basic meals and as well as help with house hold tasks. My life long goal is to be a Child life Specialist at Rady's Children. I am CPR certified and as well as mandated reporter. Spanish and English Speaking.
