Hi! I'm Geneva, a proud mother of three girls, including a busy1-year-old. As a mom and professional caregiver, I understand the importance of providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children. I have over 10 years of leadership and caregiving experience, including serving as a Day Habilitation and Group Home Manager. In these roles, I supervised staff, coordinated care plans, managed daily operations, and ensured the safety and well-being of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I hold a degree in Business Administration and am certified to teach in the State of New Jersey. My professional experience, educational background, and hands-on parenting experience allow me to support children's growth, learning, and daily routines.
