About Genise

Hi, I'm genise I'm 19 years old and I'm studying to become a neonatal icu nurse. I've worked with kids on the spectrum and I make it my mission to accommodate to every child in my care. I have experience with infants to pre teens, for older kids I think relating to them in a personal level is important. Children who feel understood, feel comfortable communicating and telling you what's wrong without feeling penalized. I love children and their creative minds and working with them, encouraging their free spirits and creativity is what I love most about the job! Im attentive, easy going, and flexible. Being an active part of your child's development helps them become a good hearted empathetic adult in the future. I'm looking for a job that has clear expectations and communication. A job that allows me to form a genuine relationship with the kids and have a mutual respectful relationship with the parents. that also respects my requirements.
