I am a filipina caregiver. Supporting the independence and well-being of seniors has been my true calling for the past decade. I hold a college degree and maintain current CPR Training and First Aid Training certifications. I assist with daily living tasks, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation. When caring for individuals with memory needs, I prioritize emotional connection by acknowledging feelings and gently redirecting attention during stressful moments. I keep families informed through regular text updates, phone calls, or written daily reports. Building a relationship based on mutual respect and active listening is my priority.
