About Gianina

Hi! My name is Nina, and I'd love to support your family with your childcare needs. I have over 10 years of experience working with children and teens as a nanny, babysitter, mentor, educator, and counselor. I approach childcare with patience, compassion, and enthusiasm, creating a safe and engaging environment that encourages creativity, curiosity, and play. Before moving to Austin, I nannied for a family with three boys (ages 11 months, 2, and 3). Most recently, I cared for middle school-aged boys. I also spent two years as a wilderness therapy field guide, supporting youth ages 9-18. I am currently pursuing a Master's in Social Work at UT Austin and hold a Bachelor's degree from UC Davis. In addition to childcare, I can assist with homework, tutoring, transportation, errands, and household tasks. I have extensive First Aid and CPR training and have experience supporting children with behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs.
