About Gianna

I am looking for a part-time, full-time, or as needed nanny/babysitting position. I have 10+ years of babysitting experience and had by first full-time nanny position last summer caring for 3 children. I have experience working with children with special needs and background knowledge in child psychology. In college, I did research in a child development lab studying autonomy-support behavior between parent and child. I recently graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BS in psychology and a neuroscience minor. I have loved getting to see the children I care for grow and find themselves while caring and providing growth opportunities for them along the way. I love helping children be creative and immersing them in nature in safe, fun, educational experiences. I am happy to help around the house as well.
