Hello potential families! My name is Angela but I go by Gigi. I have 8 years of experience as a nanny. Prior to that I worked in early childhood education for 4 years. I have experience working with kids from the day they were brought home from the hospital to 8 years old. I am a certified Newborn Care Specialist and trained Postpartum Doula. My long term goal is to build my Doula practice, and am currently most interested in working with infants but am available to work with kids of all ages. I have a full-time position and am only looking for short-term/temp/date-night work.

Angela is our favorite sitter. She was a full-time nanny for our daughter from ages 11 through 15 months. After our daughter went to daycare, we have had Angela help out occasionally with both our now-2-year-old daughter and our 5-year-old son. She very quickly developed a great bond with both of our children. She's very good at working with the children, coming up with fun things they want to do, gently but firmly coaxing them to do what they need to do, and defusing potential problems before they become full-blown tantrums.
