Giovana lived with me as an au pair for a year and a half and cared for my daughter starting at 7 months old. She has been an incredible part of our lives. She is extremely loving, kind, and attentive. She taught my daughter so many words—including Portuguese—spent time dancing with her, reading books, and engaging her in meaningful play every day. Giovana handled everything from feeding (both formula and meals), bathing, to taking her to the park and the library, always making sure she was happy, safe, and learning. As a single mom working 12-hour shifts as a pharmacist at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, having Giovana’s support meant everything to me. I truly cannot imagine how I would have managed without her. She is reliable, warm, and genuinely cares for the children she looks after. I wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a nurturing and dedicated caregiver.
