Making a difference in someone's life is my greatest motivation. For 10 years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors, fostering their independence and well-being. My background as a Certified Nursing Assistant, coupled with First Aid Training and some graduate-level education, equips me to handle diverse care needs. I approach each care recipient with patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. Understanding their preferences and personal history is important to me. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I'm also happy to assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I communicate with families using their preferred method. I am fluent in both English and Spanish. I find immense joy in creating a positive impact on the lives of those I care for, and I look forward to the opportunity to bring that same dedication to your family.
