About Gladys

As a caregiver with a passion for nurturing children's growth, I've dedicated the last 12 years to providing a safe and nurturing environment for kids aged 0 to 11. My two adopted children have also inspired me to share my love and support with other families. My patient and friendly nature, coupled with my creativity, allows me to engage children in educational and imaginative play. I believe in open communication with parents, ensuring that they receive regular updates about their child's day and any issues that arise. Whether it's outdoor sports, educational games, or using technology with parental consent, I strive to keep children happy, creative, and learning. My diverse training includes First Aid and CPR, as well as coursework in Early Childhood Education and Child Development. I'm also comfortable with pets and willing to assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation. I believe that every child is unique and deserves a tailored approach to care.
