Hello, my name is Glenda! With over 30 years of dedicated experience working with disabled adults, I am a Certified Personal Care Attendant and Supportive Living Coach committed to enhancing the quality of life for the elderly and individuals with special needs. My career has spanned hands-on care, advocacy, and leadership-including serving as a manager at an assisted living facility, where I oversaw personalized care plans and staff training to ensure compassionate, high/quality support. I hold a Master's degree in Education, which fuels my belief in lifelong learning and tailored approaches to care. Whether in a direct support role or a coaching capacity, my mission is to empower individuals to live with dignity, independence, and joy.
