Madelin was our after school nanny for about 3 years. She is wonderful with the children, super reliable, trustworthy and great at communicating. She understands complicated schedules with different activities for each kid, each day. She would always tell us well in advance if she had a conflict after school. She became part of our family and still babysits and helps us from time to time, and the kids are always so happy to see her.
