My experience is based on caring for my parents for 25 years, one with Alzheimer's and the other with Parkinson's. It was a bit tough caring for them both at the same time, but it taught me patience, compassion, and much more love and respect for the elderly. And despite everything, I don't regret the 25 years I dedicated to them. Because if I had to do it all over again, I would. Honoring elders is a great blessing for me.
