I have known Graca for many years. Though it has been quite a while since she worked for our family, I feel confident making a recommendation based on the fact that peoples core nature/values really don't change. Graca is kind, nurturing, patient, hard-working, honest, and loyal. Oh and incredibly neat. She's just a good person. I never hesitated to have her watch my three children--even when I went on a week-long trip to Belize. I honestly can't think of a single reason why I wouldn't hire her again (aside from the fact that I don't need a nanny anymore.) LOL
