We hired Grace and she did a good job cleaning. I had to cancel one of our days because my husband was ill. I immediately gave her a follow up date asking her to come March 2nd and she said yes. On March 2nd she told me she was staring a new job so she was not coming. It would have been nice to give me a few days notice. I wouldn't say she is dependable but she will clean your house well
