Unfortunately we had a negative experience with Grace. After having an initial phone interview Monday she seemed very nice, she provided a reference and we agreed to meet on the weekend (couldn’t sooner due to husband out of town). When trying to confirm later in the week, I received absolutely no response by text or through care.com. She completely ghosted us. I assume she found another position, very frustrating to be left hanging when I could/should have been pursuing other candidates. Finding someone to take care of children is very stressful, this behavior was very disappointing and unprofessional.
