Grace was tremendous. She helped make my surgery experience smooth and seamless. She is a great communicator, very professional, and very knowledgeable about medicine. She arrived at 5am, helped mark my incision spots, drove me home, and was an absolute gem to have by my side through the process and recovery. She clearly cares deeply about her work, care, and the client/patient experience. She even brought ice packs to help with my trauma areas. She's the best.
