About Grace

We've had the pleasure of working with Grace for the past five years as she cared for our second child. Truthfully it feels like she's been taking care of our entire family for that time. What sets Grace apart is her incredible experience, unwavering dedication to our children, and genuine investment in our whole family. We are so sad to be parting with her as our youngest heads of to kindergarten, but we're excited that another family will have the opportunity to experience the same love and care that we've been to fortunate to receive. When Grace first joined our family, we were nervous about how a new nanny would fit into our household, especially when it came to getting our baby to nap. Within just 48 hours, Grace worked her baby magic. She established a schedule and routine that worked incredible well, but even more importantly, she did it in a way that gave us complete confidence that we could trust her with our baby. She made us feel supported, reassured, and that our child was in the very best hands. She has also been an incredible support for our older child, helping them get ready for school, packing lunches, making sure they get out the door on time and get home safely. She always looks beyond the ordinary responsibilities of childcare, often anticipating our family's needs before we even asked her for help. One of Grace's greatest strengths is her thoughtfulness and resourcefulness. She has helped connect us with other caregivers who will help on the weekends, or drive our older child to school, finding activities for them, and many other resources that have made our lives easier. She genuinely supports our family and has been the glue that keeps us together. Starting a family and having young children is a really special time and can be quite challenging. Having Grace's support has helped us immeasurably and she truly feels like a member of our family.
