She genuinely engages with kids on their level and takes an interest in who they are, rather than simply keeping them occupied. Grace is calm, caring, attentive, and incredibly sincere. She has a natural way of connecting with children, and my son was always relaxed and happy around her. She was genuinely interested in his ideas and getting to know him, and their time together felt like much more than childcare. They truly had a special connection! Grace is smart, dependable, and the kind of person who makes people feel seen. Any family would be lucky to have her caring for their children.
