I have been a childcare provider for over 15 years as a part and full time nanny, afterschool care, and morning helper! I am a mother of a 1-year-old daughter and am searching for a unique position that allows me to bring her along for the adventure! I have a Bachelors in Child, Adult and Family Services from Iowa State & I am currently in school to become a Speech Language Pathology Asst. and hope to find a family I can commit 2 years to while I complete this degree & be a mom to my girl prior to preK. My goal in your home is to provide a days worth of enrichment thru age appropriate activities, & outdoor play. I have a Montessori approach to childcare and parenting. I follow the lead of your child(ren) calmly and patiently with established boundaries. I encourage independence, & imagination and truly make your child's development a top priority, while ALSO ensuring your household runs smoothly and transitions set you up to have a successful, house-stress-LESS evening!
