About Hailey

As a caregiver with over two years of experience, I'm passionate about helping children learn, grow, and thrive. My bubbly, patient, and caring personality creates a nurturing environment where children feel safe and supported. I have experience caring for children of all ages, and understand the importance of tailoring activities and care to each child's individual needs. Experience with special needs! Have experience as a Red Cross water safety instructor and lifeguard! I love having fun with children and teaching them new info and skills. I believe play is a vital part of childhood development. In addition to teaching and playing, I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, housekeeping, swimming supervision, and swimming lessons. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and communicating with parents. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and am happy to provide verbal updates at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call
