About Hailey

Hi! I recently graduated from college and will be starting medical school at the Indiana University School of Medicine this fall. I've spent the past four years working with and caring for children, and supporting their growth and confidence is something I genuinely love. I would describe myself as patient, dependable, calm, and creative. I enjoy creating a fun and positive environment where kids feel safe, encouraged, and engaged, whether that's spending time outside, doing crafts, playing games, helping with summer learning, or staying active. I'm First Aid trained, a strong swimmer, and comfortable maintaining household routines and expectations. I also value open communication with parents so you always feel connected and informed. I'm excited to find a great family to support this summer!
