hello parents! My name is Hailey and I am super reliable, energetic, and adaptable!! I have 2 years of hands-on experience caring for children aged 10 months to 13 years. i'm also experienced in supporting children with special needs and providing gentle, attentive care when kids are sick. Also skilled at managing daily routines, including seamless school pickups and summer camp or after school drop-offs. While I do not drive, I am highly street smart and an expert at navigating the MTA system safely, punctually, and efficiently with children in tow. Outside of core care routines, I bring a fun, creative energy to the home--I love arts and crafts, making things from scratch, and baking delicious treats with kids.
