About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as easy-going, personable, and caring. I like working with kids because it gives me a sense of pride knowing that I can be a role model and help to foster a space where a child can thrive and learn new things. I'm looking for a reliable, full time job, including weekdays and weekends as needed. I started working with kids when I was younger by babysitting and was lucky enough to work professionally with children for nearly 2 years in both a residential setting and school setting. In my spare time, I like to EXPLORE!!! I am the opposite of a homebody, I love me a good day trip! Planning it is part of the fun too. One thing you should know about me is I have experience working with children with a variety of struggles including physical and intellectual disabilities, behavioral issues, and mental health issues. I am prepared to provide any level of care needed. My skills include deescalation, planning activities, and patience.
