About Hailey

I have over 8 years of childcare experience and have been caring for children since I started babysitting in 7th grade. Over the years, I have also volunteered for two years at VBS, worked for two years in a gym daycare, nannied for one year, and student taught 2nd grade for a few months. I'm currently a nanny for another family on Monday, Thursday, and Friday evenings. Working with children has always been something I genuinely love, and each experience has helped me grow in patience, responsibility, and understanding. I am currently in college working toward my bachelor's degree to become a kindergarten teacher. I am CPR, First Aid, and AED certified for infants, children, and adults. I would describe myself as kind, caring, and hardworking, and I love working with kids because they bring so much joy into my life. I am confident in my ability to understand what parents need, communicate clearly and professionally, and make good decisions to keep children safe, supported, and happy.
