About Hailey

Hello My name is Hailey! I'm a college student and an experienced babysitter who has been caring for children since my junior year of high school. As the oldest of four, I've always been around kids and have taken on a caring, patient, and responsible role. Babysitting has given me experience supervising children, helping with routines, preparing meals and snacks, and making sure they feel safe and cared for. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and creating activities that keep them engaged. I also have 3 years of professional experience at Chick-fil-A, where I work in leadership and marketing. This has strengthened my communication, organization, patience, problem-solving, and ability to stay calm in busy situations. I've planned family-focused events for children and parents.
