About Hailey

I'd describe my personality as kind, patient, and empathetic. I like working with kids because I want to continue to make a positive impact and build relationships that they will remember going into adulthood. I also enjoy supporting their early development and seeing their growth. I'm looking for a job that has a flexible and consistent schedule. I'm hoping to build relationships not only with the children but with the parents as well. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old, babysitting for family and friends. I officially got a job working with the YMCA as a teachers aide/ coach when I was 18 years old and have been with them for a little more than a year. In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends, read, and journal. All three lead to my happy place! One thing you should know about me is I'm a college student, majoring in psychology, and hoping for more experience with children! I'm very adaptable and ready to learn!
