About Hailey

Hi, I'm Hailey , a proud Class of 2026 graduate currently looking for opportunities to serve my community by helping families with babysitting and childcare needs. I have experience working with children of different ages and truly enjoy creating fun, safe, and supportive environments for them. My very first job was at Bounce N Play, where I hosted birthday parties for children ages 1-8. In this role, I helped supervise play activities, assisted with games and celebrations, and made sure every child felt special and included on their big day. I've also had the opportunity to work with elementary students at my school through PE programs, helping younger children stay active while learning important motor and fitness skills. I'm patient, dependable, energetic, and passionate about making a positive impact on kids and families in my community.
