About Hailey

As a nurturing caregiver with nine years of experience, I am passionate about providing a safe and enriching environment for children. My journey in childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, which ignited a desire within me to positively impact children's lives. I am patient, calm, and always ready to engage with children creatively. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates about their children's day. I am more than comfortable enforcing household rules and have experience caring for children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that enhance their learning. Along with my childcare experience, I have completed coursework in early child development and hold certifications in First Aid and CPR training.
