We had Hailey as our nanny for about six months, she was wonderful with our daughter. Very attentive to her and her needs, as well as often brought age appropriate activities for her. Occasionally ran a little late, but overall fantastic. My daughter still asks about her. If she wouldn't have moved we would definitely still be using her!
