About Hailey

I am en experienced caregiver who has been working in the field for over 8 years. I absolutely love engaging with children and seeing the world through their eyes. I have experience babysitting/nannying children ages newborn-13 years old. When I am caring for children I enjoy being actively involved in what they enjoy doing and providing fun experiences for them. I have spent the last year working in residential care where I worked with children who had a variety of different behavioral needs. Through this I have learned therapeutic approaches to caregiving. I have also learned a variety of different therapeutic techniques and information that helps me when working with children through my undergrad. I completed my degrees in psychology and communications studies in December and have just started my graduate studies in mental health counseling. I utilize the information I learned in these courses while babysitting and nannying. Additionally, I am CPR and first aid certified.
