About Hailey

Nurturing a child's curiosity and watching them reach new milestones is my greatest passion. With three years of experience supporting families, I bring a calm, patient, and creative approach to childcare for children ages newborn to five. My background includes Early Child Development coursework, which informs how I foster growth through educational games, outdoor sports, and imaginative crafts. I am CPR Training and First Aid Training certified, ensuring a safe environment while I assist with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I am very comfortable enforcing your household rules and prioritize clear, consistent communication through your preferred method. Whether we are solving puzzles or helping out with homework, I am dedicated to making a positive impact on your family's daily life. I truly look forward to meeting your little ones and becoming a trusted partner in their development.
