Hi my name is Hailey! I'm 20 years old. I feel like part of my inner child is still with me therefore I have bonded with every kid I have babysat/nannied on an intellectual level very well. I have taken early child hood classes for several years and that of courses helps as well! I always engage with the kids say in playing with Barbie's, dinosaurs, dress up, or a dance party. I love kids always have as I grew up being the big sister with parents who worked full time in the medical field I was a big part of raising my sisters. I am in college but I'm currently doing online which I do on weekends so I'm free during the weekdays completely. Other than that my only hobby is currently weight lifting I started a year ago for many reasons. I look forward to meeting you and becoming part of your family!

Hailey did a great job with our 4 year old! She was on time each day and responded quickly to our messages and was very flexible with her schedule. She helped clean up unprompted and was very courteous.
